ACCESSIBLE CHAIR YOGA

In this class we use props to bring a full practice to everyone. You need to have good mobility and is perfect if you are looking to challenge yourself but in an accessible way.
SUPPORTED YOGA
Saturdays 11:00 am GMT
Mainly seated & gentle Yoga practice for those with mobility restrictions or limitations that wish to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Relaxing and meditative. Strengthening gently and stretching.
