I focused on balance and twists for the first part of the video. Balancing poses are brilliant to clear and quiet your mind, so you won't be thinking about your next meeting with your boss or about your next interview because when you are balancing you need your full attention on not to fall allover the place. The twists are a fantastic way to detox your body aiding also digestion and elimination. On the second part of the video I am preparing for splits with forward bends and lunges. Hamstrings and calves are targeted here for a safe execution of Hanumanasana or yoga splits.
